BarreCode is a form of physical exercise, that consist of classical dance movements and positions that are combined with those drawn from yoga and pilates.
BarreCode classes focus on the lower body and core, developing strength and flexibility from the ankles up though the calves, knees, thighs, glutes and abdominals. Holding muscles in contraction for extended periods frequently leads to them shaking as they fatigue. This is particularly true of thighs, as the quadriceps tire.
Rock FITT (Fun.Intense.Toning & Training) body muscle conditioning class that will add strength utilizing free weights or dumbbells and body weight movement. This class will help you attain and maintain your body physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective. ROCK FITT will concentrate on the upper body conditioning while engaging your core.
A chair is OPTIONAL for ROCK FIT, for those who are injured or have a previous injury or for those who would prefer a lower modified muscle toning class.
Rocker Fitt is a chair dance fitness workout with lightweights. This class offers an excellent option for all fitness levels to engage in physical activity at their own pace and level of exertion. The idea is to start off slow and gradually build up the routine as required.

500 ABS, a 15 mins. core class that will give those abs a boost before we go to bed. 500 ABS are on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays. This class is made to feel like you have done 500 sit ups! Are you ready for this challenge?
